Invoicing Procedure – Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
How does the procedure work?
- The professional records the hours worked in the client’s system (SAP).
- The professional must have the timesheet signed for approval by the client on the last working day of the month. Please note: only the approved hours as stated on the timesheet will be paid. Hours that have not yet been approved may not be invoiced. The hours must be digitally approved by the client and must also include the signature of the hiring manager.
- Attach the approved timesheet as a PDF to the invoice.
- Send the invoice together with the timesheet and approval in one email to facturatie@headfirst.nl. All attachments must be included in PDF format.
