Invoicing Procedure Ministry of Education, Culture and Science - DUO How does it work?
- The professional enters the hours worked on a monthly basis in the time registration system of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science - DUO.
- The hiring manager approves the hours in the time registration system of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science - DUO.
- At the end of the month, the client must physically sign a timesheet. This can be a printout from the Ministry’s time registration system, as long as it is physically signed by the client. You may also use the attached timesheet for this purpose.
- Attach the signed timesheet to the invoice.
You can submit your invoice and signed timesheet monthly by post or digitally by email. We prefer to receive them by email, which also has the advantage that we can process them more quickly.
