How does the procedure work?
- The professional enters the hours worked on a weekly basis in PGB Pensioendiensten B.V.’s AFAS time registration system.
- The professional ensures that the hours are approved on time by the hiring manager. The deadline for time registration and approval is the 1st working day of the new month.
- Based on the approved hours, HeadFirst receives the hours from PGB Pensioendiensten no later than the 3rd working day.
- After receipt and processing, HeadFirst sends a Reversed Billing invoice within a maximum of 2 working days.
- Hours that have not been submitted or approved on time will automatically be included in the next run.

- The professional and the client are responsible for ensuring that the hours worked are submitted and approved on time.
- The agreed payment term starts on the invoice date of the Reversed Billing.
