I have made an offer, what does the recruitment process look like?
Thank you for your application, we're ready to get started!
This article briefly describes the steps we take in our recruitment process after receiving an application.
Longlist
After we have received your application, you will be placed on our longlist as a candidate.
- The recruiter makes a selection of these candidates based on the criteria of the assignment.
- Some candidates from the longlist will be rejected based off of a variety of factors. Candidates will always be notified of this rejection.
- Due to the often-large number of candidates, a recruiter is not always able to respond in detail and personally.
Submission
Once your information has been sent to the client, your application status will be moved to submitted.
- In some cases, a recruiter may contact you with additional questions about your resume.
- Even though your application has been sent to the client it is still possible your application can be rejected.
Interview
- Based on the feedback of the submitted candidates, the client requests an online or on-site meeting with one or more candidates.
- The recruiter discusses the details of the interview with the candidates.
- Candidates will be kept up to date during this process.
Offer
If the client responds positively to the interview of one of the candidates, this will be communicated as soon as possible.
Congratulations if you are the winning candidate! The recruiter will contact you to discuss the details of your assignment.
Processing Time
Sometimes the processing and response time can be longer than initially communicated. This can be due to several reasons:
- When it comes to turnaround time, recruiters depend on factors such as the response time of the client and the hiring manager involved.
- Interim changes may occur, resulting in delays.
We thank you for your understanding.
