Client Specific Terms and Conditions Self-Employed Persons – Caceis

Version 1 – April 2025

These Client Specific Terms and Conditions ("CSTC") apply to the Assignment on the basis of which a Self-Employed Person will perform Work at Caceis (Kas Bank N.V.) via Intermediary.

Capitalized words have the meanings as defined in the General Terms and Conditions for Intermediary Services for Self-Employed Persons (GTC) of HeadFirst Group.

Article 1 – Invoicing procedure
Invoicing will take place in accordance with the invoicing conditions for the Client and as included in the Self-Employed Person's digital file on the Platform.
Article 2 – Assignments – termination and notice periods

The parties are entitled to terminate the Assignment with due observance of a written notice period of one (1) month.

In the event that the Self-Employed Person is unable to perform the Work for more than two consecutive weeks due to illness or otherwise, the Intermediary/Client shall be entitled to terminate the Assignment after two working weeks, without further compensation being due.

Article 3 – Liability
The Self-Employed Person is liable for all direct damage arising from the Assignment and which can be attributed to the Self-Employed Person with a maximum of € 1,000,000 per event or series of related events.
