About the resume check
The resume check is a pre-application assessment tool that helps you evaluate your fit for a position before formally applying. It identifies gaps in your qualifications and helps you avoid applying for roles where you are unlikely to be selected. This improves your overall experience and reduces recruiter workload by limiting unqualified applications.
The platform compares the skills listed in the job requirements with the skills in the candidate’s competence profile and the relevance of their work experience. It then generates a summary report that displays skill matches, gaps, an overall fit assessment, and any missing technologies or areas of expertise.
To use the resume check function:
- Navigate to the Assignments tab and search for the assignment you are interested in.
- Click the assignment name to open it.

- Click Resume check. A new dialog box opens.

- Click Yes, agreed. The Match assignment on your resume dialog box opens.
